The experience of going to the dentist now is wonderful and not scary!!!! Throughout my life, a visit to the dentist has always been awful and painful, full of anxiety and the unknown. I am honored to say that Dr. Leavitt is my dentist and my visits are very professional, but easy going and peaceful. He, along with his staff and assistants, work hard to take excellent care of my teeth and mouth. As I get older, they teach me all kinds of things about my teeth and gums, as well as checking on problems that might arise. The physical layout of the office is attractive and relaxing which also supports a calm, encouraging atmosphere. The equipment is superior and the Sirona Cerac machine makes incredible crowns in a short amount of time! It even will play happy birthday for you!
Dr. Leavitt has assembled a kind and caring staff dedicated to professional standards. The receptionist called me many times to try to work me in when I had to change my appointment. My hygienist has the best hands- they convey gentleness and efficiency as well as confidence. I don't even know when she is done! It's almost too fun!

Found Our New Dentist“Honestly the best dentist in Pocatello!! I've had two cavities done and some cleanings. The desk ladies treated me so nicely and even remembered / acknowledged me when I came in times after. The dentist is very kind and will make you feel comfortable. Whatever you may need. I have anxiety so they offered me a blanket and turned on the overhead TV with headphones. They offer nitrous but I declined. I also chipped my front tooth and was so scared how it would turn out but it was more than perfect. At Leavitt dentistry you're not just another cavity or cleaning, you're a person.”

“Today was my first appointment at the Leavitt Dental Clinic. They called it a "Meet and Greet" appointment, and I loved it. They went over my medical and dental history, took initial X-rays (since the ones my last dentist sent were over a year old), my insurance coverage and then they checked for potential problems with levels of bone, gums, etc. Everyone was SUPER friendly and my hygienist (Kimberly) as well as Dr. Leavitt were professional, knowledgeable and a delight to meet and be treated by. The woman who recommended this dentist told me he and his staff are the best in town, and based on my initial appointment and 1st dental cleaning today, I'm inclined to agree!”
